Yes, if you complete the sample collection Job during a Visit, you can record the sample so it enters the lab pipeline. On the Visit's job list, open the water outlet's card, access the sample collection job, fill in all its required fields including the sample identifier typed in manually, attach any required photos, and tap Done. This automatically creates a lab-results entry Job later for the returned values to be entered.
After your legionella advisory bureau returns the analysed laboratory values, these results must be entered on the lab-results entry Job, which is assigned to the Location’s Owners, Admins, and Managers. You record the values on the Job’s Actions tab and complete it to start compliance evaluation. Uploading the lab certificate PDF itself is done separately in Documents, as the Job’s form only accepts images and no file upload for certificates.
