Yes, if you have the Manager role or above, you can add an external user such as a subcontractor or third party with access limited to specific locations only. When inviting the user via Users & Teams → Add team member, enable the External User switch in the Invite User panel, then specify their email address and assign a role.
To limit their access to particular locations, use Add Location under Location Permissions to select only those locations they should access. The invitation will not send unless at least one location is granted. Activity category permissions also narrow their access further but cannot exclude locations not granted.
Remember that external users start with no location access until you add locations, unlike internal users who start with access to all locations by default. Only a Manager, Admin, or Owner can perform this invitation and set these permissions. The Add third party / external advisor option is found in the same Add team member process by toggling the External User switch.
