Yes, if you have the Manager role or above, you can change the date of a task group or move work within an open period using the Scheduler. In the Scheduler, select a visit card, adjust its date and times within the same week block, then press Save. Moving a visit to a different week block requires confirming a schedule shift, which restamps later jobs for that activity and frequency.
Only scheduled visits that do not push jobs outside their completion window can be moved. The planner does not allow shifting visits to dates in the past or that would cause jobs to fall outside their allowed completion range. Engineers cannot access the planner or reschedule visits; this capability is limited to users with scheduling permissions such as Managers, Admins, or Owners.
