You can correct a temperature measurement after submission only within the open visit window while the visit is still in progress and not signed off. To do this, you must have Engineer role or higher; you can reopen a completed job while the visit remains open and update the measurement before re-completing it.
Once the visit has been signed off, temperature measurements become read-only for most roles and cannot be changed on-site. Corrections after sign-off must be made in the back-office review workspace by users with Manager, Admin, or Owner roles who have job-update rights.
