Use the mobile sync-status sheet to check whether work completed offline has reached BriqSafe. The sheet shows the upload status, pending changes, and when you can pull a fresh copy of your data.

Open the sync-status sheet
- Tap the round cloud sync button in the top-right of the header. It shows a count while changes are waiting.
- If the button has stretched into a status message, tap it once to shrink it, then tap it again.
- Alternatively, tap the coloured tint along the top edge when it shows the dynamic island sync pill.
The sheet opens on Your changes. It is available only on mobile. There is no web equivalent, and it is not available from a tab or menu.
Read the queue and upload changes
- Read the summary card to see the current sync status and data freshness.
- Review the pending changes under Jobs. Job items are grouped by Location, using Structure and floor, and all other items appear under Other changes.
- Tap Upload now to start the upload, or leave the app to upload the changes automatically.
- To upload one change first, tap the up-arrow on that change.
Upload now is greyed out while you are offline or have a poor connection. When there are no changes waiting, the queue has finished uploading.
Get the latest data
- After the queue is empty, tap Get latest data to pull a fresh copy.
The summary card can show Data may be outdated after about 12 hours, or Data is outdated · Connect to get latest data after about 24 hours. Get latest data is disabled while you are offline, while changes are waiting, or while an upload or refresh is running.
If an item fails
Failed items appear in their own section with help text.
- Tap Retry to re-queue a temporary failure, or tap Retry failed to retry all temporary failures.
- If an item has a permanent client error, only Delete is available. Confirming deletion permanently discards the change.
Important limits
- This screen exists only on mobile. There is no web equivalent.
- You can reach it only through the sync indicator, not through a tab or menu.
- Each role sees only the queue belonging to its own device.
