Een locatie aanmaken

Dit artikel legt uit hoe u een nieuwe locatie aanmaakt in BriqSafe. Het is bedoeld voor inspecteurs en interne gebruikers die fysieke locaties willen registreren om nalevingsactiviteiten te kunnen plannen en volgen.

Een nieuwe locatie aanmaken

Maak een locatie aan om een fysieke locatie te registreren zodat nalevingsactiviteiten daarvoor kunnen worden gepland en gevolgd.

  1. Ga in het applicatiemenu naar Locaties.
  2. Selecteer Nieuwe locatie toevoegen.
  3. Vul in het formulier eventueel een Locatienaam in en voeg een Locatiefoto toe. Deze velden zijn optioneel. Laat u de naam leeg, dan wordt na het opslaan het bevestigde adres als naam gebruikt.
  4. Voer het adres in door ofwel:
  • Te zoeken met Adres zoeken en een suggestie uit de lijst te kiezen.
  • Te klikken op Handmatig invoeren en vervolgens Straatnaam en huisnummer, Plaats en Postcode in te vullen.
  1. Kies Dit adres gebruiken om het adres te bevestigen.
  2. Dien het formulier in om de locatie aan te maken.

Na opslaan verschijnt de locatie in de lijst Locaties. Op de locatieweergave ziet u de vlag van het rechtsgebied en de landnaam volgens de instellingen van uw organisatie, niet het ingevoerde adres.

Belangrijke opmerkingen

  • Alleen interne gebruikers zien de optie Nieuwe locatie toevoegen, ongeacht hun specifieke rol.
  • Locaties met een adres buiten het rechtsgebied van uw organisatie worden bij het opslaan geweigerd. Het adresveld wordt dan gemarkeerd.
  • Handmatige adresinvoer geeft niet direct coördinaten. Het systeem probeert coördinaten op te zoeken en op te slaan bij een exacte gebouw-/adresmatch bij het opslaan.
    • Bij een onduidelijke of mislukte zoekopdracht verschijnt de locatie niet op de kaart.
    • Versleep de kaartpin om de coördinaten handmatig in te stellen vóór het indienen, of pas ze later aan op het tabblad Overzicht van de locatie.
  • Voor locaties in Nederland en Spanje kunnen gebouwgegevens automatisch worden ingevuld vanuit nationale registers bij een succesvolle adreszoekopdracht. Controleer en corrigeer deze gegevens indien nodig op het tabblad Overzicht na aanmaak van de locatie.
  • Als automatische aanvulling van gebouwgegevens niet succesvol is, verschijnt er een melding met de optie Opnieuw proberen op het tabblad Overzicht. Opnieuw proberen werkt alleen bij locaties die via zoeken zijn aangemaakt, niet bij handmatig ingevoerde adressen.
