Use this article to browse the systems configured for a location and open a system’s control schedule to review its due dates and status.
NoteRequired role: Viewer
Open the system list
Systems are managed under a structure, not from a separate location-level tab.
- Open the location.
- Open Structures.
- Open the actions menu for the structure.
- Select Systems.
The system list shows the systems belonging to that structure. A system always belongs to one structure, so repeat these steps for another structure to view its systems.
Open a system’s control schedule
Open a system from the system list to review the control schedule generated for it.
- In the system list, select the system you want to review.
- Open the system’s control schedule page.
- Review the activities, their due dates and their current status.
Activity statuses can include To do, In progress, Done, Overdue, Skipped and Closed.
How the schedule is updated
The control schedule is updated automatically when the rules engine evaluates configuration changes. Creating, moving, updating or deleting a system can cause the rules to run again and merge activities for that system into the location’s control scheme.
Generation is queued and runs in batches. After a configuration change, reload the relevant view before concluding that no activities were generated.
