Filter jobs by area or floor

This article explains how to filter the job list by area or floor in the BriqSafe application, helping users systematically work through a building by focusing on specific sections.

Filtering Jobs by Area

Use the filter options to display only jobs related to a particular area within the building.

1. Navigate to the Jobs tab to view the list of all jobs.
2. Click the Filter button located at the top of the job list.
3. In the filter menu, select the desired Area from the dropdown list.
4. Apply the filter to update the job list, showing only jobs assigned to that area.

Filtering Jobs by Floor

Narrow the job list to jobs on a specific floor to work floor-by-floor efficiently.

1. Go to the Jobs tab to see all jobs.
2. Click the Filter button.
3. In the filter options, choose the specific Floor from the dropdown menu.
4. Apply the filter to refresh the displayed jobs, limiting the list to the selected floor.

Combining Area and Floor Filters

You can combine filters to focus on jobs for a specific area within a particular floor.

1. Open the Filter menu from the Jobs tab.
2. Select the required Area and Floor from their respective dropdown lists.
3. Apply the filters to see a refined job list matching both criteria.

Using these filters allows you to systematically progress through jobs by location, improving task management within the building.
