Filter jobs by area or floor

Use the visit job list to work through jobs grouped by Area, including rooms and floors. When you need to start from a specific floor, open the floor plan and select an asset to view its jobs.

Work through jobs by Area

1. Open the app and tap Visits.
2. Open a visit from My Visits.
3. Find the relevant Area section. Visit work is organised into sections per Area, with cards for assets, rooms, floors, systems or buildings.
4. Tap the relevant card to open all of its jobs. Each job appears in its own expandable panel.

Open jobs from a specific floor

1. Open Locations and select a location.
2. Open the relevant structure and select a floor to open its floor plan.
3. Tap the asset you are working on.
4. Open the asset's Jobs (count) tab.
5. Expand Open, Upcoming or Historic to find the required job.
6. Tap a job to open the same job screen used from the visit list.

Use job filters and search

The job list does not provide a separate Area or floor filter. Use the Area sections in a visit, or open an asset from its floor plan. You can also narrow the job list by activity or status.

1. Open a job list and tap the filter icon.
2. In Filters, select an Activity type or a status: Open, Completed, Overdue, Skipped, Not performed or Building closed.
3. Apply the filters.
4. To find one job by name, tap the search icon and enter its name in Search jobs....
5. To remove every filter, open Filters and tap Clear all.

Understand terminal job statuses

Not performed and Building closed are set by the system, not by the field worker. They show work that can no longer be acted on: the completion window ended with the work undone, or the entire window fell on days when the location was closed. Use these statuses to explain a gap rather than to find the next job.
