Use an asset’s job history to check previous job results before entering current measurements. This can help you compare the current reading with earlier recorded values.
Open an asset’s job history
- Open Locations and select the relevant Location.
- Select a floor of the Structure to open its floor plan.
- Select the asset you are working on.
- Open the asset’s Jobs tab.
- Expand Historic. This section contains completed, skipped, cancelled and otherwise closed jobs.
- Select the job you want to check.
The job opens in the same job screen used from the visit list. Open Actions to view the job form and its recorded data. Finished jobs are read-only.
Return to the current job
- Return to the asset’s Jobs tab.
- Open the current job from Open.
- Use the previous result as a reference while completing the current job form on the Actions tab.
Find an asset quickly with its QR code
- On the mobile home screen, tap Scan QR.
- Point the camera at the asset’s label.
- When the scanned value appears at the top of the camera view, tap it to look up the asset.
- Open the asset’s Jobs tab and expand Historic.
Important offline behaviour
- The asset’s Jobs tab has no separate offline copy. Offline, it shows only jobs last loaded for that asset while the device was online.
- If you have not opened the asset’s jobs while online, the tab can show Jobs (0) and No jobs yet even when jobs exist.
- Open the asset and its job history while connected if you need to use previous results during an offline visit.
