View measurement results online

This article explains how to view recorded measurement values, units, job results, and threshold breaches online in BriqSafe.

View measurements recorded on a job

Use the visit review workspace to see the values entered for a completed job.

  1. Open Actions.
  2. Select View visit for the visit.
  3. Open a group in the Jobs done panel.
  4. Select the job.
  5. Review the measurement fields on the right. Each field shows the recorded value and its unit.

Measurement fields do not show a pass-or-fail marker beside each reading.

Check whether a reading breached its threshold

Threshold breaches are shown in the visit review workspace rather than beside the measurement field.

  1. Open the visit from Actions using View visit.
  2. Review the Deviation summary on the visit overview.
  3. Select View deviations to open the Deviations list.
  4. Review the deviating reading. The list shows its value, unit, measurement date, and a severity marker when the reading is critical.
  5. Select View job to open the job that produced the reading.

A deviation row shows its case status or Case pending review. Until a deviation is triaged, the row shows Root cause missing, and the visit cannot be signed off.

View job results from the dashboard

Use the dashboard when you want to compare job results by category, activity type, or Location.

  1. Open Dashboard and select Job Summary.
  2. Choose a period, such as Last 30 days, Last 60 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month, This quarter, or This year.
  3. Select a category card, then an activity type, and then a Location. You can also select a Location card under By Site.
  4. At the Location level, select Results.
  5. Review the table and the result summary cards.

In Results view, the table shows Asset, Due Date, Result, Completed, and Assignee. The summary cards show Completed, Compliance Rate, Non-Compliant, and Followed Up.

A job without a verdict shows Pending Result. Select a row to open the job.

Important limitations

  • The Deviations list covers one visit only. It does not compare a parameter across visits.
  • The period compliance figure for a Location is provided in the generated Location Logbook report, not in the Deviations list.
  • A reading can breach a threshold even though the job form does not show a pass-or-fail marker.
