Use this article to find open jobs in BriqSafe, either from a visit, an asset, or a Location. You can also filter the job list or search for a specific job.
View open jobs in a visit
- Open the visit.
- Review the job list. Open jobs are due today or earlier, including overdue jobs, and are expanded by default.
- Tap or select a job to open its job screen.
View open jobs from an asset
- Open Locations.
- Open a Location.
- Select a floor of the Structure to open its floor plan.
- Select the asset.
- Open the asset's Jobs (count) tab.
- Open the Open section to see jobs due today or earlier.
- Select a job to open the same job screen available from the visit list.
Note: The Upcoming and Historic sections start collapsed. Select a section header to expand it.
View overdue jobs for a Location
- Open the Location and find the Structure card.
- Select the Jobs Overdue count.
- Review the overdue jobs on the Location's jobs page, which opens on History.
To find jobs that are not yet due, switch to Upcoming and select To do under Status.
Filter or search a job list
- Open a job list.
- Select the filter icon to open Filters.
- Filter by Activity type or select a status under Status.
- Select Apply.
- To remove all filters, open Filters and select Clear all.
- To find one job by name, select the search icon and enter the name in Search jobs....
The available status filters are Open, Completed, Overdue, Skipped, Not performed and Building closed.
Note: Not performed and Building closed are set by the system. They show work that can no longer be performed, rather than the next jobs to complete.
View your open jobs from the web home page
- Open My BriqSafe.
- Review the progress ring in the left column. It shows how many of your assigned jobs are done out of the total for the selected day.
- Switch between Today and Tomorrow to change the day.
The progress ring counts only your assigned jobs. Jobs that were skipped, missed, or could not be performed are not counted as done, but they are removed from the day's total.
View open jobs on mobile home
- Open the app or select My BriqSafe.
- Review the day's visit progress in the top section.
- Select Today or Tomorrow to change the day.
The mobile progress ring counts your own visits and shows jobs done out of the day's total. It does not provide a list of another user's open jobs.
Check open jobs from an asset when offline
The asset's Jobs (count) tab has no separate offline copy. When offline, it shows only jobs last loaded for that asset while the device was online. If the asset was not opened online, it can show Jobs (0) and No jobs yet even when jobs exist.
The Location jobs page requires a connection. Without one, it shows Not Available Offline; use the visit list instead.
