This article explains how to download and install the BriqSafe app on your Android or iOS phone or tablet. It is intended for all users who want to use BriqSafe on their mobile devices.
Download the BriqSafe Mobile App
You can download the BriqSafe app from the official app stores for your device.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- On your iOS device (iPhone or iPad), open the Apple App Store.
- Search for BriqSafe.
- Tap Install or Get to download and install the app.
Sign In to the Mobile App
After installing, you need to sign in to access your organisation's workspace.
- Open the BriqSafe app on your device.
- The app opens a browser for signing in. Enter your email and password on the hosted sign-in screen. You can also use a supported social sign-in provider.
- After signing in, the browser returns you to the app with an active session.
- If you belong to more than one organisation, pick the organisation you want to enter from the organisation selector shown after sign-in.
Important: Do not dismiss the sign-in browser before it finishes, or the app will return to the initial screen without an error message. Use the correct credentials to avoid retry errors. If your account is locked, a lockout message will be displayed.
Enable Location and Notification Permissions
To get the best experience on mobile, grant BriqSafe permission to access your device's location and send notifications.
- On the BriqSafe home screen, look for inline banners prompting you to enable permissions.
- Tap Enable location access for nearby sites to open the location permission prompt and grant access.
- Tap Enable notifications to stay updated to open the notification prompt and grant permission.
Note that these banners only appear while permissions are not granted. Dismissing a prompt without granting the permission does not permanently hide the banner.
