This article explains how to add a professional certificate to your personal profile so it appears in risk assessments. It is intended for all users who need to record certifications for compliance reporting and review.

Adding a Certificate
Add a new professional certification by uploading its document and entering the required details on your profile.
- Open Account Settings > My Settings.
- Select the Certifications tab.
- Click Add Certification.
- In the New Certification panel, complete the following fields:
- Upload certificate: Select a file in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. This is required.
- Certificate name: Enter the name of the certificate.
- Certificate type: Choose from the list. Note that the Certificate type list becomes selectable only after setting the required regulatory domain (which is selected automatically if your organisation has only one).
- Issuing body: Enter the name of the issuing organisation. This field is required and must contain at least 6 characters.
- Certificate number (optional): Enter the certificate number if available.
- Issue date (optional): Enter when the certificate was issued.
- Expiry date (optional): Enter when the certificate expires.
- Click Add to save the certificate to your profile.
Viewing and Downloading Your Certificates
Check your recorded certifications and download certificate documents as needed.
- Open Account Settings > My Settings.
- Go to the Certifications tab.
- Review the listed certificates, which show the certificate type and number. If a certificate was saved without a number, it will show N/A.
- Click Download next to a certificate to retrieve its document.
- Click a certificate to open the Edit Certification panel for viewing or making changes.
If no certificates are on file, the tab displays an empty state with an Add Certification prompt.
