Use a report preset to add a reusable LRA template to the report download options. Presets can set the report name, title, visible sections, section order, and static text.
Before You Get Started
- You need the report create permission to create a preset.
- The preset editor also requires Owner or Admin access.
Create an LRA template
- Open Organisation Settings and select Report Presets.
- Select Add Preset.
- Choose the required Report Type.
- Enter a unique Preset Name. You can also enter a Report Title (optional).
- In Section Configuration, turn sections and subsections on or off.
- Reorder sections by dragging their tabs or using the up and down arrows.
- Edit any available static text.
- Save the preset.
Use the template when generating a report
- Open the risk assessment and go to the Risk Conclusion stage.
- In the Generate Report section, open Report Preset.
- Select the preset you created.
- Select Generate Report.
- Wait for the status to change from Processing to Ready.
- Select Download to save the PDF.
The preset is also available from the organisation-wide Documents page when generating a report. The default selection is Default configuration.
Important details
- A preset name must be unique within your organisation for the same language. The same name can be used in another language.
- Presets do not include branding. The logo and colour palette come from your organisation.
- After report data changes, use Regenerate, select the preset again if needed, and then select Generate Report.
- Once the risk assessment is finished, the Generate Report form and Regenerate option disappear from the Risk Conclusion stage. Earlier report versions remain available in Documents.
