Collect compliance data at asset level

This article explains how to collect compliance data at the asset level within the BriqSafe application. It is intended for users responsible for asset assessments and data collection.

Collect Compliance Data at Asset Level

Follow these steps to add photos, asset details, and assessment parameters, then confirm the data collected for an asset.

1. Open the Assets tile in the BriqSafe application.
2. Add photos of the asset using the upload feature within the asset details.
3. Enter the Asset Number to uniquely identify the asset.
4. Select the Network Position from the available options:

• Near source
• Mid network
• Far from source

5. Complete all required Parameters associated with the asset assessment.
6. Once all data is entered, select Confirm assessment to save and finalize the information.
