Use the Risk Conclusion stage to review the Location's overall risk level and the score for each risk group before you finish the assessment.
NoteRequired role: Viewer
Before You Get Started
The Risk Conclusion stage is available only after all other stages are marked done:
- Location
- Systems
- Areas
- Assets
- Logbook & Activities
- Control Schema
- Technical Recommendations
The Risk Conclusion button remains disabled until these seven stages are done.
Review the risk gauge
- Open the risk assessment.
- Open the Risk Conclusion stage.
- Read the gauge in the right-hand card under Risk.
The gauge can show Very low, Low, Medium, High, or Very high. It shows Unassessed until enough data exists.
An Unassessed gauge does not mean that the risk is zero. It means that the objects beneath it have not been assessed yet. Depending on the Location's control regime, the result can be shown as one overall gauge or as a gauge for each system.
Review the section scores
- In the left-hand list, expand each risk group.
- Read the group's Score, which ranges from 1 to 5.
- Review the questions shown for the control regime.
Compare the result with your professional expectation before finishing the assessment.
Important scoring details
- A factor that was not measured is still included in the scoring. The not-measured case is assigned to one of the available options, usually a medium- or high-risk option.
- A blank or unmeasured factor can therefore increase a section's risk.
- An asset's risk contributes to every system linked to that asset. A finding on a shared outlet can therefore raise more than one gauge.
- Read-only users can view the scores but cannot change them.
- After the assessment is finished, nobody can change the scores.
