How do I generate chemical and disenfection certificates?

This article explains how to record chemical test results and generate a disinfection certificate after a visit.

Note

Required role: a user with report-creation rights. Viewers cannot generate certificates or reports.

Before You Get Started

• The disinfection certificate is generated for each treated System from the Visit.
• Chemical test results must be entered on the relevant chemical test job before they can be reviewed as part of the visit record.

Record chemical test results

Record the measured values on the chemical test job for the relevant outlet.

1. Open the Visit.
2. Tap the outlet's card.
3. Open the chemical test section if it is folded.
4. On the Actions tab, enter a value for each parameter or select a predefined option when available.
5. Add an evidence photo if the form asks for one.
6. Tap Done.

The parameter definition determines whether you enter a value or choose from predefined options. Results are checked against the risk rules when submitted. If a result breaches a rule, the app confirms that a case was created or that a case is already open. When the job is completed offline, the values are queued for synchronisation and the rule check takes place after synchronisation.

The documented workflow records chemical test results on the job. It does not provide a separate chemical certificate generation control.

Generate a disinfection certificate

Use either the visit review or the Visit page to generate a certificate for a treated System.

From the visit review

1. Open the visit review.
2. Open the Certificates section.
3. Generate the certificate for the treated System.

From the Visit page

1. Open the Visit.
2. Open Disinfection certificates.
3. Select Generate certificate for the treated System.

Important information

• The cleaning and disinfection certificate is not available in the organisation-wide Documents report picker. Generate it from the Visit review's Certificates section or from the Visit page under Disinfection certificates.
• Certificate generation is available only to users who can create reports.
• Other compliance reports are generated separately from the organisation-wide Documents view by selecting Generate Report. The Location's own Documents tab does not offer report generation.
