Yes, if your organisation's subscription includes the External User Access entitlement, you can invite clients or building owners as external users with read-only rights by assigning them the Viewer role. Only Managers, Admins, or Owners can send these invitations.
To invite them, go to Users & Teams, choose Add team member, enable External User, enter their email, pick the Viewer role, and grant access to at least one location under Location Permissions. Then send the invitation using Invite User. External users start with no access and must have locations assigned to see any data.
Clients or building owners who accept the invitation receive read-only access scoped to the locations you permitted. Remember that external users cannot see Users & Teams or organisation settings themselves, so someone with Manager role must manage their access and roles.
