This article explains how to perform a technical recommendation job by executing an approved technical recommendation and documenting the result with before and after photos. It is aimed at users responsible for carrying out and recording these corrective actions in the application.

Execute the Approved Technical Recommendation

Follow these steps to perform the corrective action from an approved technical recommendation.
- Open the Technical Recommendations section in the application.
- Locate the approved technical recommendation assigned to you.
- Review the recommended corrective action details carefully to understand what needs to be done.
- Carry out the corrective action physically according to the guidance provided in the recommendation.
Document the Outcome with Photos
After completing the corrective action, document the changes by uploading photos showing the situation before and after the task.
- Navigate to the recommendation job you just completed.
- Use the Upload Photo feature to add at least one photo showing the condition before the action.
- Similarly, upload a photo representing the condition after the correction has been made.
- Ensure photos clearly depict the relevant area or component to provide an accurate record of the correction.
- Save your changes to attach the photos to the job record.
