View your assigned visits

This article explains how to view your scheduled work grouped by visit instead of individual jobs, helping field workers efficiently plan their day before starting on-site work.

Opening Your Assigned Visits

To see all the jobs grouped by visit for a given day, use the Visits tab in the app.

1. Open the BriqSafe app.
2. Go to the Visits tab.
3. On the My Visits screen, use the Today / Tomorrow control to select the day.
4. Visits assigned to you are grouped by day. Tap the visit you want to open.
5. The visit opens, showing its jobs listed by floor and Area in a walking sequence.
6. Tap any job in the list to open its execution form.

Note: Open the visit while you still have a network connection. This caches the jobs, asset details, control-scheme thresholds, and floor plans on your device so that you can perform your work offline. Opening the visit without connectivity may cause some job data to be missing.
