Use the mobile app to view your scheduled work grouped into visits. Open a visit to see its areas, assets and jobs before you start on site.
Open an assigned visit
- Open the app and tap Visits.
- In My Visits, review one day at a time. Swipe left or right to change the day, or tap the calendar icon and choose a date.
- On a tablet, use the columns headed Today, Tomorrow and the following weekday.
- Tap a visit.
The visit opens with the work grouped into sections by area. Each card represents an asset, room, floor, system or building. A card can contain several jobs.
- Tap a card to see all jobs for that item on one screen.
- Expand a job's panel to open its form. The first job still to do is already expanded.
Risk-assessment jobs, timed-flush jobs and Location-level jobs appear as single rows and open on their own.
Open your next visit from the home screen
Use the home screen when you want to go directly to the visit you are heading to next.
- On My BriqSafe, swipe the home visits slider. For field users, the slider is labelled My Next Visits.
- Tap a visit card to open its job list.
Each card shows the Location, time slot, distance after you grant location access, and the number of jobs completed out of the total. Tap the address row to open the Location in your map app, or tap an activity tile to show only that activity in the job list.
The slider follows the Today/Tomorrow switch and does not show later days. If no visits are scheduled, it shows No visits scheduled. After the day's visits close, it shows All jobs complete. If the section is hidden while loading or after a failed load, pull down to refresh.
Use visit information when connectivity is limited
Every visit shown in your list while you have a connection is cached automatically for offline use. You do not need to open each visit first.
If a visit was created elsewhere after you went offline, it will not reach your device. Pull the list to refresh while you still have a signal.
