Use this article to choose whether a scheduled visit is sent for manager review after the engineer submits it.

Configure review requirements for a visit

1. While scheduling the visit in New Visit, switch Needs review on or off.
2. Schedule the visit.

When Needs review is on, the visit is routed for review after the engineer submits it. When it is off, submission closes the visit.

Understand the review setting

• On the visit and on templates, the setting is labelled Requires review after completion.
• The setting starts on. A selected template overwrites your setting unless you changed it yourself.
• After scheduling, the switch remains editable on the visit panel in the planner until the visit is completed.
• After completion, the setting cannot be turned off. It also cannot be turned on again once the visit has been reviewed.

Turning the switch off before completion releases any over-threshold readings held for review and raises their cases.
