Override automatic compliance evaluations

This article explains how to override the system’s automatic satisfactory or unsatisfactory compliance evaluations when the inspector’s professional assessment differs. It is intended for inspectors and users responsible for finalizing evaluation outcomes.

Override Automatic Compliance Evaluations

When a compliance task is automatically evaluated by the system, you can override this evaluation if your professional judgment differs from the automated result.

1. Open the relevant compliance task within the application.
2. Locate the automatic evaluation result, which will display either Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory.
3. Click the Override Evaluation button next to the automatic result.
4. Select the new evaluation status that reflects your professional assessment.
5. Enter a brief justification in the provided field explaining why you are overriding the automatic evaluation.
6. Click Save to confirm the override and update the compliance status.

Your override will replace the system’s automatic evaluation and is recorded to provide traceability for audit purposes.
