Review the risk assessment

Use this article to review a risk assessment online, including the location details, structures, systems, areas, assets, control schema, recommendations, progress, and conclusion.

Check the assessment overview

1. Open the risk assessment.
2. Review the header ring and percentage. This shows the share of the assessment's eight stages marked as done.
3. Use Things to do to open Location, Systems, Areas, or Assets.
4. Use Things to Review to open Logbook & Activities, Control Schema, or Technical Recommendations.
5. Review the Scope for analysis card to see how many structures, areas, and systems are included. Assets are included through the selected structures and areas and appear in the Assets stage.

The percentage changes when a stage's done status changes. Adding more information inside a stage does not change the percentage until the stage status changes.

Review location and installation details

1. Open the Location stage.
2. Review Responsibilities, Description, the regime-specific sections, and, when available, Building evaluation.
3. To review a building evaluation, open Building evaluation and select the structure you want to inspect.
4. To view the structures included in the assessment, select View Structures in the assessment overview header.

The number and type of location sections follow the control regime of the structures in the assessment scope. Responsibilities does not show as complete based on the information entered, so open it to check the assigned roles.

Review systems, areas, and assets

Systems

1. Open Systems from Things to do.
2. Select a system to review its General information, Linked Assets, Schematics, Parameters, and Assessment.

Structures are not a separate data-collection phase. To open structure information, use View Structures from the assessment overview header.

Areas

1. Open Areas from Things to do.
2. Select an area to review its Area Name, Description, Occupancy when shown, Facility Type, Control Regime, Parameters, and Status.

Assets

1. Open Assets from Things to do.
2. Select an asset under its area.
3. Review its photos, Name, Asset Number, QR Code, Network Position, and read-only Location.
4. Review Parameters and, when available, expand Linked Systems, Sensors, Linked Assets, Cases, or Activity History.
5. Open the asset's Assessment section to see its satisfactory state.

An asset's assessment is available from the risk assessment's Assets list or while reviewing a visit. The asset panel opened from the floor plan or a structure's asset list does not include the Assessment section.

Review activities, controls, and recommendations

1. Open Logbook & Activities to review the activity questions for each asset type. Select an asset type, switch to the Activities tab, and review the saved answers and notes.
2. Open Control Schema to review that assessment stage.
3. Open Technical Recommendations to review recommendations raised during the assessment.

On an asset, open the Recommendations tab to see draft recommendations under Drafts (auto-generated) and approved recommendations under Approved. Open a draft to review its Problem, Solution, Priority, and Triggered by values.

Read the risk conclusion

1. Open Risk Conclusion after Location, Systems, Areas, Assets, Control Schema, Logbook & Activities, and Technical Recommendations are marked as done.
2. Read the Risk gauge in the right-hand card. It can range from Very low to Very high, or show Unassessed.
3. Expand each risk group in the left-hand list to view its Score and the related questions.
4. Read the Executive Summary in the Conclusion section.

The risk conclusion remains locked until all seven other stages are marked as done. A gauge showing Unassessed means that the objects beneath it have not been assessed yet; it does not mean that the risk is zero.

Download the report

1. Open Risk Conclusion.
2. In Generate Report, wait until the report status shows Ready.
3. Select Download to save the PDF to your device.

The report always covers the full scope of the risk assessment. There is no separate structure, area, system, or asset selector in this report section. After the assessment is finished, the generation form and Regenerate option are no longer available here, although an existing report can still be downloaded.
