View the control scheme for a structure

Use the web app to review a structure's control scheme and open the control schedule for an individual asset or system. The control schedule shows the same due-date and status detail as the location schedule.

View a structure's control scheme

The control scheme lists the compliance activities generated for the structure and its assets, systems and areas.

1. Open the location and select Structures.
2. Open the structure's actions menu and select Control schema.
3. Group the activity types by Activity category or Activity type.
4. Sort the list by Frequency, Activity name or Status.
5. Select an activity type to view its activities.

Each activity type shows a completed-to-total count and a Mandatory, Custom or Mixed badge. Activities can show To do, In progress, Done, Overdue, Skipped or Closed. Select Load more to view the remaining activities.

Filter the control scheme

1. Open the filter drawer.
2. Filter activity types by Frequency, Status and Source.
3. Use Source to narrow the activities shown within the results.

Open an asset's or system's control schedule

Open the control schedule for an individual asset or system from the structure's control-scheme information. Its due-date and status details match the detail shown in the location schedule.

1. Open the location and select Structures.
2. Open the structure and its Control schema.
3. Select the relevant activity or entity to open the individual asset's or system's control schedule.

Review the activity status and due-date detail shown for that asset or system. Status is calculated from the activity's jobs and cannot be set manually.

Important details

• An activity with Activity enabled switched off remains in the list, but is greyed out and has no status badge. It generates no jobs.
• The control scheme is generated automatically when the rules engine evaluates the location's structures, areas, assets and systems. There is no generate button.
• After a bulk configuration change, generation runs in batches. Reload Control schema before concluding that activities were not generated.
• Activity changes can occur after a structure, area, asset or system is created, moved, updated or deleted. Recheck the control scheme after these changes.
