Use the activities logbook checklist to confirm that scheduled compliance activities were completed within their required frequencies during a risk assessment review.
NoteRequired role: Inspector
Answer the activities checklist
- Open the Risk Assessment.
- Open the Logbook & Activities stage.
- Select an asset type.
- Open the Activities tab. The stage opens on the Logbook tab.
- Answer each question with Yes or No. Add an optional note by selecting the comment icon.
- Select Save to save the answers for that asset type.
- Repeat these steps for each asset type, then select Mark as done.
Understand the checklist
- Questions are grouped by asset type. There is one question for each activity type and frequency.
- Questions with matching completed jobs are pre-answered Yes and show an Auto badge. You can override these answers.
- Only default activities from the location's compliance rules appear as questions. Activities added through technical recommendations, cases, or custom additions are excluded.
- Each asset type has a static does a logbook exist question. When completed jobs are found, it is automatically answered Yes. This question may currently display without text as a dash, but it can still be answered.
- Answers are saved separately for each asset type. Select Save before switching to another asset type, or the current answers are lost.
Review access and assessment progress
The answers, especially gaps marked No, contribute to the information used for the risk conclusion. The risk assessment header shows progress across its eight stages, but the percentage changes only when a stage's done status changes. Completing more questions does not change the percentage until the stage is marked done.
The Yes and No controls may appear editable to users with job-edit access. However, saving requires risk-assessment edit access; without it, the save is rejected.
