Use the Risk Conclusion stage to review the site's overall risk level and the score for each risk group. You can enter risk-group scores before the assessment is finished.
Before You Get Started
The Risk Conclusion stage is available only after these stages are marked done: Location, Areas, Systems, Assets, Control Schema, Logbook & Activities and Technical Recommendations.
Review the site risk score
- Open the risk assessment.
- Open Risk Conclusion.
- Read the gauge in the right-hand card under Risk. It shows a level from Very low to Very high, or Unassessed when there is not enough assessment data.
- Expand each risk group in the list on the left to view its Score and the questions for that group.
An Unassessed gauge means that the objects below it have not been assessed. It does not mean that the risk is zero.
Edit a risk-group score
- Open the risk assessment and select Risk Conclusion.
- Expand the relevant risk group.
- Open its risk-factor sections and enter the Score for the relevant group.
- Review the result against your professional expectation before finishing the assessment.
The overall gauge and the available risk groups follow the location's control regime. Some regimes show one overall gauge, while a system-based regime can show a gauge for each system. Some regimes show no gauge or risk groups.
Important limitations
- Read-only users can view the scores but cannot change them.
- Scores cannot be changed after the assessment is finished.
- Under some scoring standards, a factor that was not measured is still included in the score. A blank value can therefore increase the risk for that section.
- An asset's risk can contribute to every system linked to that asset, so one finding can affect more than one system gauge.
